Note: All this advise is to be used at your own risk. 

Eat as per sunrise and sunset in your region. This is your eating window. Do this for 6 weeks to see maximum effect

From sunset to when you wake up or sunrise (whichever is later) is your fasting window. 

When you wake up in the morning, wait for an hr. before you have tea/coffee and food. Have a glass of water after you wake up.

Eat complex carbs; Increase the quantity of vegetables eaten.

Drink 250 ml of water every hour for first 10 hrs after you wake up.

Reduce cortisol by pacing yourself, meditating, exercising and other safe means.
